Improvement Application

Before making modifications to their unit, Owners are required to complete a Lot Improvement Application to ensure that any changes:

  1. Maintain the aesthetics of Windward Passage when complete and into the future
  2. Do not adversely affect or compromise the building structure
  3. Are undertaken in a safe manner and do not present future safety issues
  4. Minimise adverse impact on other Owners and Guests.

This process does not apply to modifications within Units or Garages of a minor nature such as maintenance. Owners are responsible for inducting their Contractors and ensuring that their Contractors comply with  SOP 5 Contractor Site Access Rules – Owners Works and SOP 8 Site Induction Process.

Please liaise with the Body Corporate Managers or Windward Passage Wardens if you have any questions in relations to unit and lot improvements and modifications. 

If you are ready to complete your Lot Improvement Application, please use the form below. This form should be submitted at least three months prior to anticipated start date.The Body Corporate Manager will be in touch to advise the outcome of your application with required conditions following Committee consideration.

When you submit your application will be electronically forwarded to the Body Corporate Managers as well as the Windward Passage Committee.
