It is important that all Incidents and Near Hits (both actual and potential) at Windward Passage be reported to enable an investigation to be undertaken and remedial action implemented.
Any person, including Guests, Contractors or Owners may initiate an Incident Report. Other documentation with detailed information and possibly photos which help understanding should be attached to the below form.
If the Incident is significant and urgent please also contact a building warden.
It is not intended that an Incident Report is lodged for defects, complaints or problems, please report these to a building warden or to the Body Corporate.
